La qualit\u00e9 des liens d\u2019attachement et les comp\u00e9tences parentales de mentalisation participent de mani\u00e8re incontournable \u00e0 ces processus relationnels et de nombreux travaux ont montr\u00e9 le r\u00f4le central de la conscience r\u00e9flexive parentale sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019enfant (Fonagy,1993\u00a0; Slade,2005) et les comportements parentaux servant \u00e0 r\u00e9guler la peur et la d\u00e9tresse du b\u00e9b\u00e9 (Grienenberger et al.,2005). Le soutien \u00e0 la mentalisation parentale est donc une cible prioritaire dans les interventions parents-enfant, plus encore quand les parents pr\u00e9sentent des traumas complexes (Schechter et al., 2006). En effet, l\u2019enfant vient par ses besoins d\u00e9veloppementaux rencontrer la probl\u00e9matique des parents et agit \u00e0 son insu comme un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9clencheur de leurs souvenirs traumatiques. En retour le traumatisme parental entrave la r\u00e9gulation mutuelle de la relation, circule dans l\u2019interaction et impacte l\u2019enfant \u00e0 travers la perturbation des \u00e9changes intersubjectifs (Schechter &amp; Rusconi Serpa, 2014\u00a0;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Lyons Ruth &amp; al. 2013).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Cet atelier est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 des interventions -TGI et CAVEAT- qui agissent directement sur le syst\u00e8me dyadique parent-enfant \u00e0 travers les interactions observables dans l\u2019ici et maintenant. Utilisant notamment la technique de videofeedback, elles offrent un cadre th\u00e9rapeutique de choix pour soutenir le parent dans le d\u00e9codage des \u00e9changes interpersonnels et des contenus mentaux pouvant y \u00eatre associ\u00e9s, ciblant par l\u00e0 m\u00eame le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences r\u00e9flexives parentales et ceci de la petite enfance \u00e0 l\u2019adolescence (Rusconi Serpa &amp; al. 2024).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Cet atelier se divise en trois parties\u00a0: I) pr\u00e9sentation de la TGI et de sa pertinence dans les situations de traumas parentaux avec de jeunes enfants (Sandra Rusconi Serpa); II) pr\u00e9sentation du travail en TGI avec des dyades parent-adolescent pour lesquelles le th\u00e9rapeute soutient la mentalisation des deux partenaires dans leur dynamique relationnelle, tout en conservant les besoins de chacun et la diff\u00e9renciation de leurs places\u00a0(Lauriane Vulliez); III) pr\u00e9sentation du CAVEAT qui vise \u00e0 aider les parents traumatis\u00e9s \u00e0 se confronter en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aux \u00e9motions et aux souvenirs associ\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs exp\u00e9riences de violence interpersonnelle et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leurs capacit\u00e9s de mentalisation (Daniel Schechter).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Bibliographie\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Fonagy (1993) Fonagy P, Steele M, Moran G, Steele H, Higgitt A.
