Participants will not be entitled to any compensation for damages resulting from such alterations or cancellations. If the conference must be discontinued, relocated or cancelled due to force majeure, the Conference organization will refund participation fees already paid up to the amount of any positive balance remaining after deduction of the costs incurred for the Conference, taking into account the amount paid out by the insurance contracted for the Conference.<\/p>\n<p>The conference organization is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented form doing so as a result of force majeure.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Annulation par l\u2019organisation du congr\u00e8s \/ Force majeure<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"879\">Si le congr\u00e8s est annul\u00e9 pour des raisons autres qu\u2019un cas de force majeure, le participant a droit au remboursement int\u00e9gral des frais d\u2019inscription d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9s, d\u00e9duction faite des \u00e9ventuels frais administratifs.<br data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"552\" \/>Si le congr\u00e8s doit \u00eatre interrompu, d\u00e9plac\u00e9 ou annul\u00e9 en raison d\u2019un cas de force majeure, l\u2019organisation remboursera les frais d\u2019inscription d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9gl\u00e9s \u00e0 hauteur du solde positif restant apr\u00e8s d\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts engag\u00e9s pour le congr\u00e8s, en tenant compte des indemnisations vers\u00e9es par l\u2019assurance souscrite pour l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"1012\">L\u2019organisation du congr\u00e8s n\u2019est tenue \u00e0 aucune obligation lorsqu\u2019elle se trouve emp\u00each\u00e9e de l\u2019ex\u00e9cuter par un cas de force majeure.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Payment of the participation fees must be made prior to<em> 23<sup>rd<\/sup> May 2026<\/em>. Invoices must be paid within <em>upon receipt<\/em>. If payment is not received by MBT 2026 before the Conference start, participants will have to pay the registration fee onsite, otherwise no admittance will be allowed.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Paiement<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Le r\u00e8glement des frais d\u2019inscription doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 avant le 23 mai 2026. Les factures sont payables d\u00e8s r\u00e9ception. Si MBT 2026 n\u2019a pas re\u00e7u le paiement avant le d\u00e9but du congr\u00e8s, les participants devront s\u2019acquitter des frais sur place, faute de quoi l\u2019acc\u00e8s leur sera refus\u00e9.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Applicable law and dispute resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]All agreements between MBT 2026 and the participants will be governed by French law. The parties will endeavour to amicably resolve any disputes that may arise between the Conference organizer and the participant. If they fail to do so, the dispute will be adjudicated by the competent court in Paris.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Droit applicable et r\u00e8glement des litiges<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Tous les accords entre MBT 2026 et les participants sont r\u00e9gis par le droit fran\u00e7ais. Les parties s\u2019efforceront de r\u00e9gler \u00e0 l\u2019amiable tout diff\u00e9rend pouvant survenir entre l\u2019organisateur et le participant. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, le litige sera port\u00e9 devant le tribunal comp\u00e9tent de Paris.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Personal travel and cancellation insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The Conference organization will offer no refunds of participation fees if you are unable to participate in the Conference for personal reasons.
